These terms govern your use of Vidra ("the Application"), a freemium application created by Nadir Toprak (Nadir Apps) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Application you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Application.
Vidra generates images and short videos using artificial intelligence. You choose a template or write a prompt, you provide one or two photographs, and AI models produce a new image or video from them. Results are generated by AI: output quality varies, results are not predictable, and they will not always match what you expected. That is a property of generative AI, not a defect, and it is not grounds for a refund from us.
By uploading a photograph you confirm that:

We may remove content and suspend access to the Application for anyone who breaks these rules, without notice and without refund.
You keep the rights you had in the photographs you upload. Subject to these terms and to your having paid for the generation, you own the results you create with the Application and may use them personally or commercially. We claim no ownership of your results. Note that the legal status of AI-generated material differs between countries, and we make no promise that a result is protectable by copyright.
Each generation costs credits. Credits are consumed when a generation is started. If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. Credits do not expire while the Application remains installed. Credits are tied to the device identifier described in the Privacy Policy and do not transfer to another device.
Vidra offers auto-renewable subscriptions that grant PRO access and include credits with every renewal. The plan names, their exact durations, and their prices in your local currency are shown on the purchase screen inside the Application before you buy. By subscribing you agree to the following, which are Apple's standard terms for auto-renewable subscriptions:
Credit packs are one-time, consumable purchases. They do not renew. Once credits have been used they are consumed and cannot be restored, because consumable purchases are not restorable by the App Store.
"Restore" on the purchase screens asks the App Store whether your Apple ID holds an active subscription and reinstates PRO access if it does. Consumable credit packs cannot be restored this way.
All purchases are made through Apple, so all refunds are Apple's decision and are governed by Apple's own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. If you request a refund from Apple, we may share consumption data with Apple to help them evaluate the request, as Apple's rules allow.
The Application, its design, its templates and the Vidra name and marks belong to us. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Application on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Your uploads and prompts are processed by third-party AI service providers, and the Application depends on further third-party services in order to run. These are named in the Privacy Policy and include fal.ai, Google (Gemini and Firebase), RevenueCat and Apple. Each has its own terms, which apply to their part of the service, and we are not responsible for services we do not control.
We reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason, and we will make any charge clear before you pay it. We may also stop providing the Application. We may terminate your use at any time without providing termination notice to you. On termination, the licence granted in Section 7 ends and you must stop using the Application.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a result will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Application is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Application. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the Application, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or claims that the Application infringes a third party's intellectual property. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence are unaffected.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any new version is published at this address with a new "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically; continuing to use the Application after a change means you accept the new terms.
