This policy explains what Vidra ("the Application") collects, why, who it is shared with, and how long it is kept. Vidra is a freemium application: it can be used with a paid subscription or with purchased credits. Reading this policy is the best way to understand exactly what happens to a photo you give the Application.
Vidra does not ask you to create an account. You are never asked for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or postal address, and the Application has no sign-in screen.
The Application collects only what it needs in order to work:
| What | Why | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Photos you select (from your photo library or taken with the camera) | To generate the AI photo or video you requested | Our server, then the AI providers named in Section 2 |
| Prompts you type (custom creations) | To tell the AI model what to create | Our server, then the AI providers named in Section 2 |
| A device identifier generated by the Application (a random value, not your Apple ID, not your advertising identifier, not a hardware serial number) | To remember your credits, your subscription state and your creations without an account | Our server |
| Purchase records (which subscription or credit pack was bought, and its renewal state) | To grant and restore what you paid for | RevenueCat and our server |
| Country, language, app version | To show the Application in your language and to support the correct app version | Our server |
| Your feedback on a result (the optional like / dislike) | To measure output quality | Our server |
The identifier is a random value created on your device the first time the Application runs, and it is stored in the iOS keychain. It is not derived from any hardware identifier and cannot be used to identify you personally. It survives reinstalling the Application, which is deliberate: it is what allows your credits and subscription to come back if you delete and reinstall. It does not transfer to a different device.
Generating a result is not something that can happen on your phone. The photo you select, together with the template or the prompt you chose, is sent to our server and from there to the AI providers listed below, for the sole purpose of producing the result you asked for:
Both are bound by their respective data-processing terms. Your photos and prompts are sent to them only when you start a generation, only for that generation, and are never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to build a profile of you.
Before your first generation, the Application shows a consent screen that names the AI models and platforms above and explains that the photos you select will be sent to them. Nothing is uploaded until you accept it. If you decline, no photo leaves your device and no generation is started.
The photos you choose will normally contain a face, because that is the point of the Application: it places you (or you and another person) into the scene you selected.
The Application relies on the following services in order to run:
To delete your data: delete individual creations in History, or write to nadoappsupport@gmail.com and ask for everything associated with your device to be erased. To help us find it, include the Device ID shown at the bottom of the Application's Settings screen (tap it to copy). We will action the request within 30 days. Deleting the Application also stops any further collection.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure. The device identifier is held in the iOS keychain rather than ordinary storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not keep data we do not need.
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Because the Application generates images from photographs, we ask that it not be used to upload photographs of children without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with data, write to nadoappsupport@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Our servers and the AI providers described above operate in the United States and other countries. Using the Application means your photos and the other data described here may be processed outside your own country, including in the United States.
This policy may be updated as the Application changes. Any new version is published at this address with a new "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the Application after that means you accept the updated policy.
